Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Astren & Co is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied in your country.

If an order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders are already being processed and cannot be modified.
