Refund & Return Policy – Astren & Co

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refunds are not available if more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed.


Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Photos of the received items may be requested.

We reserve the right to reject returns if foul play is suspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be sent only after prior approval from us.

Refunds may be denied if the returned item is not in its original condition.

One solution per order: if a refund, replacement, or exchange has been provided, no additional requests for the same order will be accepted.

Items sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Orders Not Received

Orders may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances (e.g., customs inspection).
If more than 60 days have passed since shipment, a refund can be requested. Orders shipped within 60 days cannot be refunded.


Lost Orders

If your order is lost, we may provide a free replacement if sufficient evidence is provided. Refunds for lost items are handled case by case.


Order Cancellation / Updates

All cancellation requests are handled case by case. Once an order is placed, it is quickly processed and shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking number is generated.

Size or color changes are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already shipped.


Disputes

Opening a dispute through your credit card or PayPal will void all customer service rights for that order. After-sales service, including refund, return, and replacement requests, will no longer be valid.


Damages and Problems

Check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Bespoke or personalized items
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Backorders or gift vouchers

Return Process

After we receive and verify your return, we will notify you if your refund is authorized.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
